In Oxygen sensor there comes four wires
Two are black, one is blue and other is black
check oxygen sensor with multimeter
if there is connectivity in both black heater wires then
sensor is okay otherwise replace the sensor
many of times people wash the the sensor and re-install that again and
do not get any benefit
so first check the continuty of both black wires
if that have contibuty then clean that and re-install
you will get result
